Russell Westbrook made NBA
history Tuesday night when he became the first player ever to drop
200 triple-doubles.

Westbrook achieved the feat
after he recorded 12 points, 10 rebounds, and 14 assists in the
Nuggets’ 122-110 win over the Grizzlies.

The 6-foot-3 guard adds to his
increasing lead of most triple-doubles all-time with NBA legend
Oscar Robertson in 2nd place with 181. Westbrook’s teammate and
reigning MVP Nikola Jokic is 4th all-time with 136, only 2 behind
Magic Johnson for 3rd place.

The 36-year-old guard has had a
fruitful career over the course of 17 NBA seasons, establishing
himself as a dominant point guard that can do it all. Westbrook had
his most successful run with the Oklahoma City Thunder, where he
won the MVP. He’s also had stints with the Houston Rockets,
Washington Wizards, Los Angeles Lakers, and now with the
Nuggets.
